Overview
If you receive a product that is broken, flawed, or notably different from what you ordered, you can quickly return it thanks to our “Returns Policy. “Please carefully read each section to fully comprehend the terms and scenarios under which returns will be accepted.
Eligible Return Reasons:
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA)*
2. Defective*
3. Wrong product received
4. Used Product/Broken Seal
5. Physical damage
*Brand’s policy on DOA and Defective will prevail over the general returns policy Returns Will Not Be Accepted If
1. Products you deem no longer in need OR a change of mind
2. The request is an outside return policy.
3. Products that have already been used or installed (except installation done by brand-authorized personnel in case of large appliances)
4. Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers/IMEIs, accessories/components, combo or freebies received with the purchase
5. In case the product is relocated from the delivery address for installation/demonstration by the customer, it would not be eligible for return (in case of damaged / defective etc.)
6. If the brand’s policies are defined for onsite repair or replacement
7. If the product falls within the warranty period (as per brand policy)
8. Personalised/engraved items, as mandated by the seller
9. The product has heating or lagging issues at acceptable levels. Heating and lagging depend upon the phone’s (product’s) specification and usage. In such cases, you can visit the brand service centre to get your phone checked.
10. Reasons are related to subjective or perceptive aspects like performance not as per expectation, colour shade, texture difference etc.
